- Precise Location Information: Information about your mobile device’s GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device) and the time the location information was recorded.
Some versions of the Application use Tapstream, third-party analytics software, which is used for anonymously monitoring usage of the app. By using the Application you acknowledge and consent that Automatically Collected Information may be shared with Tapstream. More information can be found here.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- Aflite. As a part of our affiliate program we track user-conversions that originates from a selected range of partners. The tracking includes the placement of a cookie on your computer letting us know which of our partners forwarded you to CommuteDeal.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Should the company behind CommuteDeal be restructured, bought, or handed-over and still be providing the same type of services, in the same name or on in a different name, your email-address will continue to be subscribed, until you state otherwise unsubscribing.
